I'm super excited to share the following announcement from Lynden Players:

"The Lynden Players present Plot and The Plot Thickens, an original comedy in two parts coming to a venue near you this spring.

With over 40 years’ experience of putting on shows, we know very well that the real drama happens offstage. Kay has distilled the pre-show pressures, egos and tantrums to serve us a slice of show business in all its ridiculous glory.

A bunch of actors gather to rehearse a play for the firework festival. It’s career-endingly terrible so they hatch a secret PLOT to sabotage the show. What could possibly go wrong? Twelve months later, the gang are reluctantly reunited for a Christmas pageant as The Plot Thickens.

With strong language and adult themes, the show is not afraid to push the boundaries to get a laugh. Described as ‘a masterpiece of kitsch’ you will find family, friendship and love at the heart of this filthy, funny, fork up of a show. "
